In Exodus 25:1–9, God invites Israel to give freely so that He may dwell among them in the tabernacle. This passage reveals our struggle to trust God with wholehearted devotion and highlights His deep desire to be near His people. Ultimately, the tabernacle points forward to Christ, the true dwelling place of God with humanity, who gives Himself fully so we can live in God’s presence by grace.
